Information on personal data protection

Need for data processing: Completion of the form is voluntary but if the email is not provided, the subscription to the newsletter cannot be managed. 

Legitimation and purpose of the processing: Based on the legal basis of the consent that the interested person grants by checking the corresponding box and sending the completed form, the personal data will be processed to manage the subscription and to send the newsletter and communications related to the development of the FLOW project. 

Likewise, if, after giving their consent, the interested person expresses to R2M their refusal or opposition to continue receiving the newsletter, based on the legitimate interest of R2M, their data will be processed to manage the unsubscription from the newsletter service, retaining R2M the data necessary to identify the person concerned in order to avoid sending any new communications. 

Recipients: Based on the legal basis that the interested person grants by checking the corresponding box enabled in the form, their personal data will be communicated to the Consortium partners in FLOW, whose names can be found here, order to send to the interested person information on the development of the project, publications or events related to it. 

In any case, in order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, the data may be processed by third parties who are entrusted with the processing for the purposes of auxiliary services and system support and administration tasks they provide to R2M, by signing the relevant contracts with such third parties to commission the processing.

Transfers: Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

Conservation: The data will be kept as long as the purpose is maintained and the interested person does not request the deletion of the data and for the legal deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations and attention to possible responsibilities.

Rights: The interested person can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the prior consent, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling), by means of a written request to R2M at the postal address Calle Villablanca, 85, despacho No. 109, 28032 Madrid, España, or at the electronic address data@r2msolution.com, indicating the right that the person is exercising and proving his/her identity by any means valid in Law. 

Likewise, the interested person has the right to revoke the consent given or to oppose the reception of the newsletter by email by sending their request to info@theflowproject.eu, with the word “Baja” or “Unsuscribe” in the subject of the message. The interested person has the right to file a claim with a Control Authority, in Spain the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.agpd.es, telephone 912 663 517, when they consider that the exercise of any of their rights have not been satisfied.
